By accessing or using FastDomain ("Service") at https://fast-doma.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Services

FastDomain is a service that helps users generate domain names using artificial intelligence. The Service generates domain suggestions based on user-provided topics and checks their availability.

While we strive to provide accurate and useful domain suggestions, the number of domains generated may vary based on availability and relevance. The Service may generate fewer than 10 domains for certain topics. See "Refund Policy" for more information.

3. User Account

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Credits

Users can purchase credits to generate domain suggestions. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.

Each domain generation request will consume one credit. Credits remain valid until used or until account deletion.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. However, if the Service generates fewer domains than expected for a given topic, users may request a credit refund by:

1. Taking a screenshot of the generation results
2. Sending an email to contact@fast-doma.in with the screenshot
3. Including their account information and the topic used

Each request will be reviewed individually, and credits may be returned at our discretion. Users have to buy credits in order to claim a refund.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Web cookies and technical data necessary for service operation

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes via email before they become effective.

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany.
